Edcamp SEMissouri will bring together the area’s brightest and most motivated educators. By sponsoring Edcamp SEMissouri, you’ll be helping this community in a very direct and visible way.

No overhead: EdCamp SEMissouri is run by volunteers who aim to create a wonderful event for all who choose to participate. There is no cost for participants and, thanks to the generosity of sponsors like you, we hope you can help us provide free breakfast, drinks, snacks, and hopefully t-shirts. While we won’t have vendor booths at this event, there will be many places where we will make your sponsorship known including drawing prizes. When you buy a sponsorship, you’re contributing directly to this experience.  Here’s what you get:

Sponsorship Levels

Premium Sponsor | $500+
​Donate products, services, or monetarily over $500.
​You get:

  • sign posted in the Premium section of the sponsor wall
  • signs posted at the registration desk and the food and drinks tables thanking you for making the event possible
  • your submitted promotional videos (of 30 seconds or less) played at the event kickoff and closing as well as in the next EdCamp SEMissouri digital marketing
  • Name listed on back of EdCamp SEMissouri t-shirts, if possible to provide at the event (monetary or donation+monetary gifts only)

Gold Sponsor | $250+

​If you'd like to only send promotional/marketing items (mass give-a-way items such as pens, stickers, notepads; valued under $5 per item) to distribute, please send your items plus a monetary donation of $25.
